Overview: DRI hosted an exciting conversation between Matt Ridley, author of “The Evolution of Everything: How New Ideas Emerge,” and DRI Co-Director, William Easterly, author of “The Tyranny of Experts: Economists, Dictators, and the Forgotten Rights of the Poor,” on the topics of development, human rights, and spontaneous order.
