Panelists

Ambassador Mark Green is the President Emeritus of the Wilson Center, former Administrator of USAID, former Ambassador to Tanzania, and former U.S. Congressman.

Alexia Latortue is the Head of Secretariat of the Future of Development Cooperation Coalition, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Trade and Development, and former Deputy CEO of MCC.

Dean Karlan is Professor of Economics and Finance at Northwestern University, former Chief Economist at USAID, and the Founder and former President of Innovations for Poverty Action.

Jonathan Morduch (moderator) is Professor of Public Policy and Economics at NYU Wagner. He is a founder and Executive Director of the NYU Financial Access Initiative.
